Hotel reservations for the attendees will not be provided by the Symposium Organization. The attendees can directly make their hotel reservations. Recommended hotels are as follows.
The room rate includes open buffet breakfast and excludes VAT (8%).

PAYMENT INFORMATION
- All payments must be made in Euro and Turkish Lira by bank draft payable.
- For the acceptance of your registration, please send the copy of the payment receipt to the organization secretariat along with the enclosed properly filled in registration form by fax or e-mail (info@npcpt2019.org). Please make sure your registration form and payment reach the secretariat.

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be in written notification and addressed to the secretariat by fax or e-mail, cancellations by phone will not be accepted.
- All refunds will be processed after the symposium.
